Sunday Catch-up

Good Morning
Things are looking better today, my cold seems to be finally coming to an end and my head doesn't feel like it's full of cotton wool anymore.
And the sun is out ....and the wind has stopped...fingers crossed!! I feel sorry for the tourists that are arriving, we've not had sunshine holiday weather!!
The huge amount of rain has been good for these roses, they are glorious
....the perfume, divine...just like Turkish..oops..nooo!...Greek Delight!!
Can you believe it, this is the only bloom on my lilac bush...very sad state of affairs..
So, we are far behind with the seedlings too, many have not germinated
but some have done really well and will be soon moving from their little toilet roll and egg box homes to the kypos.
Oh, yes, more about the first photograph next time I think,
Take care

Seems odd to think of Greece without sun.

I hope you get over your cold quickly.

I am growing seeds to this year - but badly - mine are poppy seeds and they all germinated into a tangled mass.

Love the first picture - fabulous colours . . .

Love the pictures of the rose petals. The play of light and shadow is so pretty.

Glad to hear you are starting to feel better! Wishing you warm, sunny days soon.

That knit or crocheted piece is so soft and beautiful. Love all those colors!!! I Hope it warmed you and helped you heal from that nasty cold! Glad you are feeling better now.
Your little garden is fun to see and will look forward to your bounty!

The colours in your crochet are amazing! And the wool looks so soft.
Glad you're feeling better.
You left a comment on my blog about your Kindle - do you have access to amazon.uk from where you are? In Australia, we are limited - so far - to amazon in the US, and it's such a shame. I think our reading tastes in Australia lean more towards the UK than the US. But otherwise I am loving it!
I shall look forward to increasingly sunshiny pictures from Crete as we get colder over here - just the way I like it!
