Another Day....

......we spent high in the mountains..
Dewi was practising to be Zeus,
while we craned our necks watching griffon vultures
cavort in the sky...the wingspan of these birds is over 240 cms!
There must have been something very tasty down there...can you see the heads of 3 vultures in amidst the boulders?... and the ravens trying to get in on the act too..

What gorgeous photos! And what lovely weather - we have been -10 here again today, not suitable for anything but sitting by a warm fire! :D

Beautiful photos!
I spied the vultures - creepy, even on a sunny day!

Love those top two photos. What a lovely looking dog. We are rather cold her....... RATHER COLD! Incidentally, I don't know re the query about having to sign on twice to leave a comment on my blog. Sometimes I despair when blogger throws things like that up.

Hi Jude - Long waffle warning coming up!!!

Just been catching up on your posts, Lyris is adorable, and your knitting is fab, its almost enough to make me clucky again....

I hope you are well, working nights is knackering, so I hope hubby is pampering you a little! Thankyou for your kind words on my return to posting, I was most definetly burnt out...

My sister has just taken a post as a nanny in Dubai - Is bethany back out there?

I love your summer pictures, so cheerful against the backdrop of the snow we have faced.

That huge mess? A project I started over 12 months ago - creating memorie boxes for the children, although I think I bit off more than I could chew!

Lovely to hear from you

Love Lydia xx

Hello Jude, and thanks so much for your comment.

Yes, I seem to be more and more pinched for time, but still love to post a blog when possible.

Best wishes to you for a Happy Christmas, and a fabulous New Year. I am so hoping for more time for everything I love to do.
