Cup of the Day

Sukipoet posted her cup of the day this morning, I thought what a friendly thing to do, Why don't I join in....
So here's mine, the cup is from a lovely shop in Elounda and is thrown by a local potter.
I drink Rooibos tea, black or strong black coffee, preferably freshly ground.
What do you drink and from what???

  3. Lovely cup! I drink coffee each morning usually out of a cup my mother-in-law brought back from Hawaii many years ago. I like the size of it and how it feels in my hand.

  4. It is a fabulous cup. I wish I had a great looking mug but alas I drink out of a cup that came with my dish set. Well the set before the ones I use now.

  7. A handmade cup is always great and you happen to have found a really great one! I love the color. Everything tastes better.
I am a tea drinker, black tea, English or Irish breakfast in the morning. Chai in the afternoon and water or champagne in the evening. Very rare on the champagne! ha

  8. Jude, I'm afraid I drink from whatever I first lay eyes on, which in retrospect, is not very interesting! I like your cup though; color, smooth feel and weight.

  17. What a lovely cup! I think drinking anything from it would taste just that bit better.
I drink Earl Grey first thing and then rooibos Cape Malay Chai or rooibos caramel flavour for the rest of the day. But mostly water. And wish it was champagne!
